There isn't much more I can add to this particular drawing from the other that would really give you any new advice. When you are at this stage in drawing, there is always something you can be working on to tweak things. A bit of anatomy, a bit of hair, a bit of clothing. Something to think about for this particular drawing would be the architecture. Did you look at a reference picture for it at all? The basic idea is there but what you have is a bit skewed. The width and height of the blocks are off, the angle towards the vanishing point is a bit random, and the entry way, the parts of the architecture that turn away from the viewer aren't placed correctly. Again it's just a matter of learning what is right, to see what is wrong in your drawings. I think you draw with a real passion however, just enjoying what you are doing - and that's what it is about. You don't want to lose that. The easiest way to learn to hate drawing, is turning it into a chore instead of what it is. So my biggest suggestion is to learn what you can, and to never lose the joy in it.
